Cancellation Conditions for Travel Groups

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made up to 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. This free cancellation option applies to both contracting parties.

Cancellation Fees for Fixed Booking/Reservation

If cancellations are made by the travel organizer or the purchaser between 8 weeks before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the purchaser is obligated to pay the following cancellation fees:

• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 50% of the total package price
• In the last week before arrival: 75% of the total package price
• Non-arrival or early departure: 100% of the total package price

Exception in Case of Illness

In the event of illness, no cancellation fees will be charged to the guest, provided a valid medical certificate is presented.
