Hosted by the chairman of Austria’s Winemakers’ Society, Ing. Pleil, in his family-run wine cellar.

Wine tasting evening in Wolkersdorf's vinyards (up to 80 participants)

The local "wine cellar folk" ("Köllamauner und Weiber") will pick you up at the hotel and guide you through Wolkersdorf's wine cellar lane with subsequent wine tasting of 4 wines in the respective vineyards and a winemaker snack for dinner.

Sparkling wine: a bubbly evening

Spend an evening getting to know the main features of sparkling wine production and the most important characteristics of sparkling wine assessment.

Atmospheric night-time vineyard walk with wine tasting

Torches light the way and mulled wine keeps us warm while we make our way across the vineyards of Wolkersdorf in the dark. The evening ends with a wine tasting in the wine bar of the Haindl estate. (Only takes place in good weather, sturdy shoes and warm clothing required!)
