All accommodation contracts concluded with Hotel Klaus im Weinviertel are subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006), issued by the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (available in German only).
All information on this website is subject to change. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in euros and include Austrian value added tax at the statutory rate. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to adjust prices, seasons and package periods.

Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which you can access at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers may use this platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online contracts.
